Hi rrst_101, To qualify for a ILR after 5 years you need to have a continuous stay of 4 years 11 months......It is critical that you enter the UK within 27 days of EC issuance to qvoid any pitfalls later...... Many in the forum are suggesting to go for 2nd FLR but it pretty dangerous to do so since ...

Yes rrst...

You are right!

We need to apply for FLR twice during the five year period...

But who knows the damn rules might change at the nick of a time when we are about to apply for our second FLR......

Instead better to file for ILR on a 2+3 stage .......... :!:

Hi rrst_101 We need to enter the UK within 27 days only to become eligible for ILR(Indefinite leave to remain ) which makes sense more for us after 5 years of stay in UK. This rule of enterig the UK within 27 days may not be applicalble to FLR(further leave to remain) since the Home office would onl...

Ram,

The size of the company does not matter much to the BHC.....

It is actually a delay occuring due to the deluge of applications received by the BHC and process delay......

Nothing more than that........ :)
