Stamp 4EUFAM on passport

Hi,

I sent my passport to register for my stamp 4EUFAM but today my passport was returned and at the corner of the stamp on my passport, it is No.4. I just wonder if this is correct for anyone who got stamp 4EUFAM. Or the office just gave me the wrong stamp?

Many thanks,

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

Can you clarify whether you came to Ireland on a Type C visit visa or an EU Type C Join Family visa? If you have a visit visa, the officer might be correct not to give you a temporary permission, citing genuine concerns. If you are here on a Join Family visa, there is no reason that the officer doe...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

Hi everyone, I sent an email to INIS and unsurprisingly got the news that they are experiencing delays. In short, in the initial letter from INIS, final decision was supposed to be 10 April 2020. At that time, my IRP expiry date was 10 July. Based on the notice in May on INIS website, my residence p...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

This looks to be the expectation. That you will just have to wait until your stamp expires. It will interesting to see what happens then. Maybe they have re-prioritised at the current time based on temporary permission expiry?? I found it unfair as it seems like they count 6 months from the date th...

No the two months extension only applies to people who have already arrived in Ireland and whose status is due to expire between 20 Mar and 20 May
Yeah sorry. That is what I meant. For only people who are already in Ireland.

Re: EU1 - Proof of residence

Most definitely You will get a positive response as long as you have submitted all the required documents. Yeah the point is I did not submit all required docs. I could not submit RTB letter. And the tenancy contract between the official tenant and letting agency is in hands of another department (...

Re: EU1 - Proof of residence

Well it’s up to the immigration officer (and the minister) who will give the final decision. Since you have already provided everything except for the RTB letter, I do not anticipate that they would reject your application, but that’s just my thought. Good luck. Thank you a lot. Hope I will get goo...

Re: EU1 - Proof of residence

Regarding OP’s situation, you shouldn’t have to live with your landlord in order to have a letter from RTB. All landlords are required to register with RTB before they can legally rent out their property. And yes you should explain that the letter is still with the visa department (although to be f...

Re: EU1 - Proof of residence

To any foreign national in any country: make sure you register with all utility providers. If you are a couple, register both your names with electricity, gas, water, landline... providers. Refuse to go paperless with your bank or any other provider. If you do that, you get a least a letter a month...

Hi everyone, I am non Eu citizen. I am waiting for the final decision of my Eu1 application to reside in Ireland as spouse of Eu citizen (German). However I am very worried of the possibility that I may get refused due to the lack of proof of residence. My situation is quite complicated and hope any...
