Re: Naturalisation application but lost passport

Hi Cullian, Just wondering if you can provide further guidance on some of the thoughts I am having. 1- If I opting to apply for BC now and say if I get approval for BC, then I don't need to keep a second passport (current nationality)? Is this correct? 2 - For travel back to home, can I use my forei...

Re: Naturalisation application but lost passport

Hi Cullian,
Thank you so much for guidance.
I have reported this to Report my loss now and got a code. The police officer said that's the only thing I can do for now.

I can opt to write a cover letter but yes you are right there might be issue when I go for biometric appointment.

18th July SET LR applicant here. Waiting anxiously (feels a bit like "being ghosted"). Checking email every minute, but I am about to take the email app off my phone as this is getting a bit too much. Hope moderators won’t mind this comment, as I just wanted to let it out.

I submitted my application on (18-07-2020) and submitted my biometrics via UKVCAS in person appointment route on 18-08-2020 (SET LR). I am still waiting.

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

They are using a phased approach perhaps. People that were given 10th as a deadline might be called next week. However, people are going after appointments like vultures and that is rightly so, they waited long enough. I think fro us who didn't receive any emails might need to wait more because ther...
