Hi new apply online on NDLS they accept minister letter which you granted stem 4 thanks

I applied for it online now but they sent me email back that they do not accept minister of justice letter.only accept irp card for proof of residency for non eu citizen.

After first time registration nowadays.i went for registration in Dublin on 10 June but still waiting.
