You'll be asked why you didn't apply for asylum on entry instead of waiting for your visitor visa to expire. How long have you been in the UK? A visitor visa only allows you 6 months in every 12 months, even with a multiple entry visa. What happened to the successful application for settlement you ...

Re: Family visit visa maintenance

Hi, I wanted to bring my wife to UK on visit visa for 2 months. She is currently pursuing her graduation in India. I'm sponsoring her fully. I have few questions. If someone can answer all those questions, would be very helpful: #1. She doesn't have surname. She has only forename in her passport. W...

The fact that you have been out of the uk for 2 years would kinda render you no longer a british citizen or would have implications as they would say "you have lived outside the uk for 2 years so why the sudden need to come back to uk and do you really need your british residency. Unless you can pro...

As far as i am aware UKBA will not accept computer printouts of bank statements, if you explain to bank waht they are required for, i am sure for a small charge the bank can do this for you or give you a letter to say they are unable to supply bank statements other than computer printouts.

Good luck!

You have to travel within 28 days of visa being granted is the maximum unless there is exceptional circumstances i think. The best thing is to check the documentation you received back from BHC and follow that.
