Re: Switching from T2 ICT to T2 General | UK Point Based System |Jan 2021

Hi, I am currently working in UK under Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer. On Jan 2021, UK Government will be introducing the Point Based System in the country. As of now, We cannot switch from T2 ICT to T2 General, so if we do so, the cooling off period will be applied. Question: If we switch from T2 I...

In ISA i guess its 20k is the tax-free limit and it makes sense to have ISA account. Sorry I am not sure about cfd and day trading. On that note ...

Re: With Gen Tier 2 visa can I buy shares or do trading

You can invest in shares and for that matter open tax saving stock isa till you are resident and paying taxes if you happen to leave the country then you won't be able to invest anymore and depending on broker might have to close the brokerage account. Re: Tier 2 redundancies

I don't think there is any stipulation on furlough scheme that the companies must keep employees on payroll...

Re: Tier 2 redundancies

Other two are searching and have sent a request for the immigration office to give them some leverage not heard back. That's interesting, never heard about this option before.
