I would try to apply with Settled Status and then use the card if I were in your shoes. I'm sorry. Were you asked if you had CSI in the settled status application? I have this issue. Applied for and received settled status Jan 2019, then citizenship Feb 2020. Still waiting for a reply thanks to this mess of corona.
