Re: Re-entry visa for adults

From my understanding so far, you can only get a re-entry visa if you were outside Ireland after January 15th 2022 and had your expired IRP card with you. You could apply at the Irish embassy in the country you are in. The link is https://www.visas.inis.gov.ie/avats/OnlineHome2.aspx If you are in ...

Re: Re-entry visa for adults

I am wondering about the same for quite a while now-how to obtain a re-entry visa for adults who are already in Ireland?

The website has a form but for minors only. I emailed immigrationsupport@justice.ie in the last week of January 2022, still haven't received a response.

Re: EU Treaty Rights application submission -552 error message COVID-19 Update

Hello tugii20,
How long did it take for them to send email of acknowledgement for email application?
I applied Sunday evening(21st Feb), but I didn't receive anything.

Do you suggest that I wait or send a follow up email soon?

Thanks

Re: EU1 - documents for EU treaty rights application

Thanks for sharing your experience. Talking from my own experience, I was awarded stamp 4 euFam 2 years ago. My husband is Brit. When we arrived in Ireland we rented a room in owners house. The owner wrote a letter for immigration to that effect which was in both our names. Then for PRTB again we ...

Re: EU1 - documents for EU treaty rights application

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you. Every couple has their own choice to manage their finances. Joint accounts or not, should a personal preference. For us at the moment, it would be same as you mentioned, "not our thing". But maybe in the future. I have a private medical insurance from my ...

Re: EU1 - documents for EU treaty rights application

I presume, a letter from the homeowner stating that she is exempt from RTB registration and confirming ...
