Oh gosh really, I didn't know its fraud he is doing. Has it come to that. Anyway atleast I know. I wont encourage it.

Hi
My sisters child has a British passport but lives in South Africa. The father to this child lives in UK, yet he is allowed to claim child benefit for the child. Ofcourse before approving it the benefits office had to get documents from the mother etc. So maybe find out from the respective office

Hi, It's okay to move places, all you have to do is immediately after moving send registered letter to EU treaty rights, sending them your new proof of address, lease agreements, etc. as a start so they update your records. Then also report at the Gardai where applicable. PRTB can be forwarded immed...

Hi LauraDa, Am sorry but my application for my daughter was before the pandemic. So obviously this time there is more delay. I applied through the Irish embassy in my country. The decision was made at the embassy obviously with consultation. Visa was stamped from the embassy. This was one year ago. ...

Hi Congratulations for your pregnancy. It is true that the delay was because your spouse applied for a much slower visa compared to the C-Visa for eu treaty rights.
