Yes it is employment history from HMRC which contains your previous employer/s, income and tax for each Tax year.

you can enter any time in UK until the expiry of your VISA.

Still waiting for the link from wp2tier1 that states that a Tier-1 Visa expires if someone stays more than 90 days out of UK.

you are lucky that your bank has agreed to give you a balance maintenance letter even in Pak rupees.

Just get the letter in Pak Rupees and then attach a currency converter printout from Oanda.com.
