In list of documents it says I have to provide letter from Doctor, that child is registered with GP.

I mean will the summary record be ok? Or do I need a specific kind of letter from recent GP, saying child is registered here?

From Gp I have got patient summary records, and it says every single thing from the day my daughter was born in which hospital, and all the GP’s immiunisations, appointments she had till now. Will that be enough or I still need doctor’s letter?

In December I have got letters from school GP, refrees. And all of them are dated of Dec.
Will it be ok if I will apply in start of Feb, or this week, and the letters dated in Dec?
