you can not be in UK until you have your EC done ( via HSMP route)!

so this expiry date ( which is six month from the date HSMP is granted),

is for filing for EC.

i don't think so maintenance section is applicable for us ( HSMP before
1st April and EC in tier-1 system). For us still old EC rules apply.
And even we do not need to upgrade our HSMP to tier 1 equivalent.
Experts please comment.

Can anyone please clear following doubts ?

Anybody knows if airmail doc is delivered by registered post or they just "drop" at the place? Basically i want to know if the postman delivers at home (after getting signature) or drop the packet at common letter box?
