Re: Tier 2 ILR to Citizenship

I have just submitted and paid for my application. My referee declarations were signed by my friends on 22/02 and 10/02 - just to check having them signed the paperwork before the payment was made will note pose any issues ? Logically the forms should be signed after the application has been made ?

I actually changed jobs (from my Tier 2 sponsor) in July 2021 - do i need to request a letter from my previous employer also ? None of this is required. Should i be in...

Morning guys, Wanted to share my experience. Applied for my ILR (Set (o) Tier 2, 5 year route) On 27/7. Went for my biometrics appointment on 09/09 in London. Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Guys, I know it may sound like a stupid question but do what the HO people actually check? We submit (set (O)) a fairly small number of documents and our applications are very straight forward. I have now been waiting for > 2 weeks since the day of my biometrics and just trying to understand the log...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I just wanted to say (in case it can help anyone) that I was also relying on the information in the timeline thread where it seems like 75% of ILR applications get a decision within 4 working days from in person bio. Just anecdotal evidence, I have noticed the same, but I think that what I see abou...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Guys, quick question if I may... As per my appointment invitation (09/09/2020) I am required to upload my docs via UKVCAS. So my passport and my consent forms are fine and marked "submitted". The other docs are marked as "uploaded files" but not "submitted" - is it normal? If not how do I get them ...
