@swissman20, @poper and @Aksrava - Correct, currently running at around 125-130 days for Set LR. It is possible that the case load post August is lower and decision times may start reducing steadily. August end had the highest number of Set LR applications since last March (at least from what was r...

Hello,

what category would this be?
Applying to settle as the dependent child or partner if you work, establish a business or invest in the UK

What does partner if you work mean? Set(M) partner who works maybe?

Thanks,
Tier 2 dependants i.e. Set (O)

Yes. The website/form will tell you how long it (the details you fill in) will be saved for (From memory - I think it is something like 10 weeks or so, but do check)

Dear CR001 Many thanks for your reply. Appreciate it very much. Yes, you are correct. I was meant to apply last year. However, I had to hold due to work-related travel that was supposed to happen (which kept getting canceled and re-instated) due to the uncertainties during the pandemic. I needed to...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Could someone please post September and October set LR application list? I'd be happy to start if someone could tell me what the format should be. I've applied on 25/10. What do you mean by "list"? I'm working on the Set LR stats. A "list" for October wouldn't be much use since there have been only...

Finally the day has arrived 🥰 I can't believe!! It was long wait. Gladly its over. Got the approval today. How to track the BRP now? How to check my RTW? My old brp expired last year.. I like to thank all admins who kept me sane during this wait. And for all the people who shared their stories. Its...

Re: ILR (LR) Child application

My hearty thanks everyone. This is really helped me and clarified my doubts. :D As I mentioned earlier, I am eligible for 10-year long residence now. However, my dependent family (spouse and two kids) are eligible after 3 months in April 2021. What is the best option for a faster decision? Option 1...

Re: ILR 10 years application

what exactly was this fine for and who was it issued by?

What does the letter say, and was it a CCJ that was issued against you? Were these court bailiffs that came to collect or private debt collection agents?

Re: statless child

A.

In addition explain why you put child's nationality the same as yours (form doesn't have the option etc.) and that currently stateless but you will be applying for the child's BC once you have your ILR.
