Hi Ravi, I would like to know finally if there is need for English Language at all, as I'm seeing different views on this post. Last response i got is while applying for settlement, irrespective of route there is need for english language requirement. CAn you please confirm this for sure? Thanks

Thank you for your quick reply. My case being specific, I'm keen to know which proof of earning is most appropriate as not much happened in the recent past due to COVID. Can I show all the previous payslips when I was an employee for the first 14 months inside tier 1 visa? Thanks

Then do the English B1 test. You need naric English and comparable assessment, ie UKVI NARIC red route, which costs the same as the English test, £150. I have gone through the recent document published in March 2020 which clearly says there is no requirement of english language assessment for Tier ...
