Well they already messed up with the court agreement case , and they still don’t care to reply our letters anymore

I sent 3 x pre litigation letters so far. 2 x letters after the 10 weeks letter. And 1 x pre-lit letter was sent last week and to that they responded yesterday the same generic letter ...your application is in process....etc. Have a meeting with my solicitor next week to look at going to the court....
