I applied August 24, got an email October 10 saying it’ll be delayed because of COVID and still haven’t heard anything back. I submitted my documents online and they’re reusing my biometrics from my last visa. (Applied for FLR M)

Cohabitation evidence is not required for a fiance visa switching to FLR m after the marriage ceremony. You do not need a cover letter.
