Hello - does anyone have experience in accessing the FBR web chat these past days and weeks? I gave up for a few months but can see some movement of FBR certificates from the updates on this board. Would be good to know if anyone had success in communicating through the web chat, I submitted the FB...

Supposedly FBR application accepted in mid February 2019 (via Paris Embassy) following 6 months of provision of additional/corrected documents .... Not a peep since, efforts to contact result in advice, still in process Anyone else in similar situation, 18 month and counting and barely any advice? ...
