You can enter UK at any point during your 3yr visa duration. there is no rule as such, where u have to enter within first 3 months. it will on help u while applying for ILR if u enter 28days with the visa issuance date as u will be able to take a months holiday each year and wouldnt go over 180days ...

there are like 5-6 people who reported on this forum and another forum that they called HO and was informed that they will get there docs back soon and decision has been made. did HO finally started giving out the right information?
