I have been recently employed after finishing my Tier 4 course and have been earning in excess of £18600/year. Does that makes any difference in terms of applying category?
I currently have Tier 4 student visa and I have applied for ILR (LR 10-years) and awaiting decision. My wife is a Tier 4 PBS dependent living with me and her visa is expiring in one month.
