Standard ILR tier 2 5 years route, paid £120 to attend an appointment on Monday under the illusion that it will result in a quick approval, did not happen. Apparently people who applied later and attended later appointments are getting their approvals already, not sure what is going on with HO but ...

Thanks for your reply! Can I apply for ILR application under the current employer even if the new employer assigned a COS to me? The notice period is 2 months so would it be safe to apply for ILR first?
