The rejected the visas first. Had to go through some legal proceedings, they retracted their original decision and then Pakistan was put on the Red list.

Got the email to resubmit our passports this morning.

Visit visa applications of my parents were refused on 12th August 2020. I sent PAP on 10th November 2020 and got the same response as yours on 22nd November 2020. Have not heard anything back from the Home Office since then. Is there any update on your case?

Quick update:
In response to our PAP, received the email today from UKVI to say that they have withdrawn the refusal decisions in favour of reconsiderations. The office will be in contact with us in due course.

Thanks a lot brother. We provided FRC with their original applications but it wasn't enough for UKVI. They made an objection for the sake of it. You are the second person on this thread who sent PAP using a solicitor so I think it's better to use a lawyer. Will keep you posted.
