Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

I believe that the OP doesn't realise what "exceptional circumstances" mean. This couple doesn't meet the financial criteria. So they came in with a visitor visa for the husband then immediately registered for benefits and claimed that exceptional circumstances such as arthritis and depression for ...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

I got a reply for my original post. I then asked if I’d face deportation and I got my response. I didn’t ask for further advice. I’ve literally been explaining myself in circles for the past god knows how many replies. That’s why I’m saying I don’t need to say anything because I’m not excepting any ...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

@arjay yes you’ve understood my situation correctly. I did not do the application myself rather my solicitor did It for me, she told me it was fine because of COVID and that if I could apply on basis of exceptional circumstances (which I do have but haven’t mentioned everything here, hope you unders...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Saying that your family members have arthritis and depression too is like saying “don’t be sad. There are people more upset than you.” She’s had multiple operations, complications and secondary conditions related to her arthritis and permanent cartilage damage. So please don’t underestimate medical ...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

@Zerubbabel If you read my post correctly my wife has depression and arthritis. Regarding the brother in law he’s my brother in law, not hers. As I’ve mentioned to you before i am not obliged to tell you the reasons why I’m applying - there is more to my application but I don’t HAVE to mention it on...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

@Zerubbabel I’ve just seen your comment so apologies for the delay in responding. I think your comment is a bit insensitive. I have the right to not disclose all the info regarding my case which is why I mentioned the smaller part of the bigger picture. There are serious reasons as to why I cannot l...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Hi again everyone, It seems like my solicitor has given me wrong information and I have been quite careless too to realise that my application was FLR FP, not FLR M. In the cover letter that I submitted with my application I stated that I applied for FLR M. Does anyone reckon this will this be a pro...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Thanks for the clarification.
Seems like my solicitor was giving me the wrong info.
I kept thinking it was FLR M especially because I received all my emails from FLRMValidate.
Thank you everyone for your advice and help.

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, this was introduced because of COVID-19. When I applied for my application I received an email from FLRMValidate, and my solicitor told me my application was FLR M. To my knowledge I have applied on the 10 year partner route, my wife didn’t have to show finances, and we s...

Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

@arjay thanks for your reply. I would appreciate if you have a look at this; https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-advice-for-uk-visa-applicants-and-temporary-uk-residents#if-youre-in-the-uk “ If you decide to stay in the UK, you should apply for the necessary leave to remain in the UK. Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Hi everyone, Thanks for your replies Just to confirm I am not using the NHS, public funds or working - not doing anything I’m not supposed to do. I came on a visit visa and didn’t intend to stay, but unfortunately we have to which is why we applied for flr m. We have some exceptional circumstances (...

FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Hi everyone, I have searched but couldn’t quite find something relating to my query, so I’m making a new topic if that’s okay. I have a question - I have applied for FLR M, I’m patiently waiting of course. I tend to worry about the future a lot - if my application gets refused, and my appeal too, do...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@gyanp Another member who applied via solicitor had the same issue. There is a possibility that your solicitor only applied on UKVI but did not register your account on UKVCAS. Both accounts must be registered otherwise you will be pushed back in queue. Thanks a lot @CULLINAN for quick response. On...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi everyone, Not sure again if this is the right place to post. About 4 days ago I wrote a post here regarding my FLR M application. I had issues using the IDV app - my application got submitted automatically without my knowledge and ONLY my passport was sent with my application! Contacted IDV helpl...

Re: FLR(M) - need some advice please

Thanks for your reply. 8) Carer allowance does not specify clearly that the carer has to do physical work. My wife provides emotional support and often does tasks for my brother in law such as read his bills and phone places and interpret in English for him. This equals to a good 35 hours a week. I ...
