Thanks again. Can I add my maternity allowance to both jobs ? I am apparently not in that job but it was earned within the last 12 months. Thanks alot What are the chances of getting exemption of the spouse visa application fees due to hardship during the pandemic?? We are considering this if it won't jeopardise our application.

Thanks for your response. Sorry the Jan till April are all 2020 not 2019. I mistakenly typed in 2019 not 2020. So based on the calculations are we good to go ?

For category B you and/or your partner must have earned at least £22400 during the last 12 months counting from the date of application . Son may not succeed, if he registers too early. Registering before leave expires doesn't extend leave. However, I believe he may not require leave when registering. He may be subject to NHS charges during the time he overstays before getting citizenship. Thanks a lot for this. This is very helpful ...

If you were born overseas from 1983 to a mother who was born in the UK, then you are automatically British by descent since birth, irrespective of when you had applied for a British passport.
