Is anyone aware if it is possible to proceed with ceremony outside of UK i.e. in British Embassy of a different country?

I received naturalization application confirmation 22/10/2020 but need to travel for few months outside of UK so wont be able to make it for ceremony in UK.

I received email to use UKVCAS App before receiving biometric reuse email.

You would not be able to access/login the IDV app if you were NOT in the biometrics reuse pool.
