Thanks for so much details and sharing knowledge. She resided for approx 5 years but have no payslips or proof though she worked there in Manchester. Does it state the type of Crown Service? And crucially (very very important) was your maternal grandfather's Crown Service at the time of your mother's birth ? It's not just surname ,first name is also different and she changed it years after marriage so marriage certificate matches passport name additionally her surname .She might have newspaper cutting and an affidavit.

Based on questions above that my mom dint travel between 1970-1983 so she would have stamped either with or w/o right of abode.

My research is getting complex results .Look at this passport validity 1980-1990.Same stamp?

Where was she resident at the time of her registration ? How long did she reside in UK, between which years ?

She was in Manchester when made her 4th british passport.
Without registration she couldn't be CUKC on passport even in 1970 that expired in 1980.
I and my brother were born in 1977 and 1972.
