Re: Maximum terms for PBS dependent leave

Thank you. So a person can just extend this type of visa as many times as they want without getting Ilr?

Maximum terms for PBS dependent leave

Hello,

Does anyone know what is the maximum leave to remain(including extension) allowed for PBS dependent visa after which a person needs to apply for Ilr or another visa? I am interested in how long it is allowed to be under this visa rather when a person can apply for Ilr

Thank you,

Re: Referee forms questions

Thank you @cullinan,it was very helpful! I have read the referee requirements a few times and still not quite sure. Perhaps just being overly cautious with Home Office. Do you think a person whose job title says Director in Vat registered UK branch of an international bank would qualify for a profes...

Waiting for Ilr decision, passport expiring

Hello,
I've submitted my biometric for ILR earlier this months and waiting for the decision. My passport is due to expire in March 2021.
If I renew it before ILR decision do I have to contact home office at all? Does it have any impact?

Re: English Language requirements - reusing B1 for SET(M)

Thank you. That was my understanding. I was confused by the wording on the application form that refers to an application to Indefinite leave to remain.. However if this qualification was not used and accepted for their settlement application, it cannot be used for this application What does it mean?
