Just wondering if anyone has asked for expedition of their ILR case based on medical/compassionate reasons and if so how quickly were their applications processed after the request?

On the UKVCAS website it mentions if you need a decision quickly contact UKVI. Just wondering what kind of reasons are justified for needing a quick decision?
