Hello A CCJ lasts 6 years on your records and may happen without you knowing. I almost ended up with a CCJ because I sold my car, then moved address. The DVLA never received the paper I sent to them that I sold the car. Their issued a fine. I never received it... and it was really by pure luck that ...
