STOP MOVING MY TOPICS

Would the admin stop moving around my topics? People appear not to open/respond to topics with several responses even if the most recent post is about a new question. If you keep merging my posts, I will just register a new user and ask it that way.

Biometrics appointment

Hi,
When I attend the biometrics appointment, are they going to check all the original documents or only my current passport? I'm asking because I have no longer got some of the originals but I had a scanned copy which I uploaded. Thanks.

Re: UVKCAS APPOINTMENT needed even after IDVAPP?

He is taking the piss. All he should do is use the search function or read back a couple of pages. Surely he is a troll.

Re: UVKCAS APPOINTMENT needed even after IDVAPP?

I'm not affected by this but this has been asked at least a dozen of times in the past 2 weeks. There is no need to attend. It's even explained on the UKVCAS website. Jeez!

Could somebody please have a look at the below and advise if that's fine? Thank you. I'm applying under 6(2). This is what I have u...

Covet letter

Hi, Could somebody please help me with a cover letter template? I got my previous employment dates wrong on the application form (most of them just by a few days but one of them by a whole year) but I managed to get hold of my HMRC employment history confirming the start and finish dates. I will upl...

Application form question

Good morning, I am a Nigerian national married to a Polish/British citizen. I came to the UK in 2013 as a family member of my Polish husband exercising EU Treaty rights. I received my BRP in 2018 on this basis, as a EEA national's family member. My husband has since naturalised as a BC. I will use t...

Handwriting on referee forms

Dear experts, Could you please help me with a potential issue? I have got my referees to sign my referee forms but I noticed that they actually forgot to write my name on the first page where my photo is. They filled in and signed the second page with their own handwriting. When I noticed that they ...

Hi, Just a quick question. I did m my Trinity SELT exam this week. Do I need to upload the certificate or I only need to quote the reference number? My husband is adamant that it needs to be uploaded. Thank you.

Naturalisation under Section 6(1) or 6(2)?

Good morning, Just a quick question to check, does it make any difference in the long run (i.e. passing on my citizenship to children or anything else), if I apply under Section 6(1) and provide evidence for 5 years, or under Section 6(2) and provide evidence for 3 years? I am eligible under both ro...

Re: Married to EEA/British dual citizen

Thanks for your quick response. Yes - just double-checking... your card states "Permanent Residence"? YES. As this is a new application you should include the temporary address. If I don't declare it, and they see on my credit file, or wherever that I also had a different address for 7 months, is it...

Re: Married to EEA/British dual citizen

I have a few more questions and I would appreciate for your help, please. - As explained above, my passport doesn't get stamped when leaving/entering the UK. Would they accept a printout of my P60 as I realised recently my workplace will not send one through the post but it's online? - Previous addr...
