Re: Submitting application right after midnight

I wonder if the day on which ILR is granted is counted as day 0 or day 1.

Re: When can I apply for Citizenship?

Thanks for the clarification.
However I am not exactly sure how they count the days or 12 months as they mention in the guidance. If the day on which ILR is granted, is day 0 then i will have to wait until 21 Oct.

Re: AN1 form help please

The form is asking for ALL your applications you have made It does not say only ilr. The question also has nothing to do with the English requirement. Are you sure about this? Because question 2 does not appears if I answer No to Question 1. So there is definitely something to do with an English kn...

Re: Naturalisation and Working out of UK

The future intentions requirement is real. What counts are the intentions at the moment you make the application. If they discover early on that you intended to live outside the UK, at the time of application, then your application will fail. If they discover this after your application has been su...

Re: Naturalisation and Working out of UK

Dates are not important. Mention the employer and estimate dates or clarify in the notes/cover letter. Alternatively, you will have to request HMRC (google). It can take 6-8 weeks or longer. It is not needed though as I said above. Do i also have to provide p60 and payslips along with my application?

I am a representative of the applicant and have been authorised to act on their behalf and have discussed and confirmed the contents of this application with them. Confus...

Re: MN1 form help

Thank you so much. I have completed the application form now. Although I have provided the details of the two adults references in the form, I have also been given 2 separate forms to be downloaded for the referees which have a space of the photograph. Once filled out, do these need to be physically...
