yeah, i sent them an email on 28th of oct they replied, saying decision is made, but if passport not received they will escalate the case, they did and still nothing. I am about to call them now, i will text what they said to me. Hope I will be helpful for some.
Today is the 15th day after escalation, still nothing, as expected. I am also planning to contact UKVI today, but im scared they will tell us to wait another 15 days. I am actually fuming!! This waiting is a killer!
