Finally!! Called Bristol council today and they received my certificate. Approval date 19th of August. I was offered a public ceremony for 2nd of February but booked private one for 1st of December.No invitation letter needed just a proof of ID and approval decision, as long as council receives the ...

My approval date is 19/08/2020 and still nothing. On Friday I will try to contact Bristol council if they received my certificate

Nope...still nothing 19th of August approval here...Still waiting for the invitation letter(it will be 3 months on 19th of November). Contacted Bristol council on Thursday, I was told that they waiting for big batch and I was asked to call them back next week... :|: cry its like never-ending story....

Obviously, my letter was sent to me on 11th this week. I’m wondering how long a second class letter can take? If it arrives soon might be worth changing to a private ceremony which is a lot sooner. I think it's up to 10 working days, which means You should get it by the 21st of November. Or 24th.So...

Same here ,approval date 19th of August via email. Biometrics was done on August 14th. Still no invitation letter. Its a bit frustrating that people(still happy for them, complaining about service provided by HO) from September are getting the letters now and August is still left behind. Waiting unt...
