Hi Vijay,

You can ring HMRC, give your NI number on phone and ask them to send you tax report statement for last 5 years as you are short of P 60. You will recieve usually in 1-2 weeks.

You will get visa stamped as you applied in 2008 when old rules were in placed and you have not submitted a new applications. Go ahead and apply for visa stamping.

called again Abu dhabhi office and they told me there is problem with your biometrics and you have to call Gerry's for re-submitting application or redoing biometrics. called gerry's and they insist application is still uderprocess..and they cann't do anything untill unless their record show soemth...

Consider using the royal Mail forwarding service which will forward ur emails to ur new address for upto a year.

I dont think there is any harm in giving ur new address but I have no personal experience

got reply from british embassy, abu dhabi stating that application is under process..... Did you get that reply as a result of BHC Islamabad forwarding your email to BHC Abu Dhabi or did you email them as well? I recieved a reply today from BHC islamabad saying that application has been forwarded to British embassy in Abu dhabi and advised to email them for further queries.....
