Sounds delay in the process. Maybe delay due to Covid-19 or new policy changes. Please keep me posted if you receive it, so that i can check with my employer. I will let you know also once i get it.
I am waiting for RCoS, looks like bit delay. My employer told me that get back to me on 11th November but didn't get any update. You received the RCoS at the moment?
