Thanks for those remarks kamoe. They are really helpful. So if i understand correctly, you don't say it's impossible for the EEA RC to work. If she applies for EEA RC and if gets her Residence Card before December 31st, she can theoretically apply to the EU Scheme. Is that correct? Also what happens...
