Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Just a question guys, waiting nearly 6 months now, SET LR (M). What happens if they refuse? Does anyone know the next stages? What is SET LR (M)? You mean SET(M)? Hi Cullinan, sorry meant SET (M) Have you contacted HO after 6 months? What steps have you taken already (if any) to chase HO? Morning C...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Thank you @ajitu92! Yes my case is pretty straightforward. Don't know if it has anything to do with applying through a solicitor too. But even from the beginning I always felt I had a bit more of a delay than others, as it took me a while to secure an appointment (7th September). So hoping im just ...

Still waiting for my Set LR (M) spouse Visa extension since 24th June 2020. Try to escalate with MP and complained through the UKVI website but nothing.

Is it true after 6months we can track the application?

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Thanks Amy will try that. How long did they take to reply? I got response after 1 month. Hi Amy, I wrote to my MP, and the MP said to me to provided copies of existing visa (BRP), Passport copy, Application copy etc. Is that what your MP asked for? I haven't contacted my MP yet. If that's what they...
