bulwark201,

I had my ILR in late 2008 based on WP but didn't had to submit P60s. Are you employed currently? If yes, you may just have to give your pay slips for last three months.

Thanks Mallik for the update.

Has anyone else recently applied for SC at cgi, Birmingham via post? I applied exactly three weeks back and nothing yet. No one picks up the phone either. The website says 7 working days to issue SC. It didn't took this long to get my British passport.

I think that is too late as I am applying for naturalisation in next three weeks. Will there be any problem if I submit my application without surname?

Also please if someone could move this post to more relevant form. Thanks

On your first query, I too had online payslips and I submitted color prints of these for my ILR application with no need for any attestation. And it went through fine. I hope the same for you.

Unfortunately, can't answer second one.

thanks. But the HO list of acceptable referees mentions that Manager of VAT registered company is acceptable. So this ex-colleague of mine who is Manager in this IT company would be acceptable, won't he be?

OFCHARITY,

Thanks. As you correctly assumed, I got my ILR based on WP Visas. I was confused whether to use the date from covering letter or passport stamp. But as now I get it, I will be using the date from passport stamp.

Thanks again to all for your advise.
