I would speak to them again on live chat. Live chat told me I had to send proof of pregnancy on headed paper from the NHS. What normally happens if your address has changed since you initially applied. When you receive the address confirmation email, and you provide a new address do they ask you to send proof?

Is there anything you can do to change your address now or better waiting on the email?
