Hi all I applied for a replacement BRP, tier 2, it’s been almost 9 weeks now, about 1 month ago, after complaining they mentioned that they did not have my return of the IDV but I confirmed submitted... since then I complained again last week and no single feedback.... Any advice would be appreciate...
