Thanks Vinny still in discussion on my extn is not yet finalised , In case if I manage to get the extn better to wait until the new brp card and then Will apply for set lr .. hope it doesn’t take long for work visa brp to arrive thanks vinny

Thanks Vinny , but I don’t want to vary the t2 visa appln as my dependants will need this visa until my set lr is decided , so should I wait until I get t2 extn brp card for me and my dependants and then apply for set lr? If i do this I may need wait another month beyond my actual eligible date for ...

My understanding is flr FP option shouldn’t be dependant or partner in case if planning switch from flr FP to flr m later, pls advise which option in flr FP will be suitable for dependants ?

Thanks Vinny, I’m not expecting flr FP to succeed when set lr is pending for decision. Having said if case workers rejects flr(m) And give an opportunity to switch to flr(p) “ then they should give dependants an opportunity to switch to FLR(FP), before declaring FLR(M) as invalid” I’m little confuse...

I have only 2 weeks left on my cos now..

The reason was my grandfather death and was working from offshore for the same client due to some family problems after grandfather death..

Having said there will be No absence limit
Does it mean the spouse and child once obtain FLR M it doesn’t matter where they live Uk or abroad still they become eligible for ilr after 5 years ? Is this understanding correct ?
