What are the options for people who waiting on Treaty now that 31st is coming up?

There isn't another extension. Emails seem to get lost in the mail box and no one bothers to response. Those who are working and in the same boat, what are the options for us? I'm so frustrated.

Re: New (final) extension till 1/2022

Just send your query to the department. immigrationsupport@justice.ie Thank you! I've already sent them emails, but seems like it'll be ages until I got a reply from them, sadly. @Redstar33, did you get any reply from INIS on this? Thanks. NO I haven't sadly. Have you any news? If you have an IRP c...

New (final) extension till 1/2022

Hi guys, can anyone help me on this, I don't really understand as the writing in this is quite vague. This final temporary extension of immigration permissions means that people who held a valid permission to be in the State in March 2020 are legally permitted to remain until 15 January 2022, even i...

Re: Naturalization Questions

Thanks littlerr. From their wording, I could not decide if this is not a requirement anymore or I should get this information from another department. I still need to fill the online residency checker and since my last renewal did not include a stamp on my passport I don't know how to fill it. Do y...

Re: Extension following relationship breakdown with Irish national

I have split your post, as it is not appropriate to put in that topic.. What was the basis of the break down, was it domestic violence? Thanks Mod for moving my comment to a new thread. It wasn't domestic violence per se, the basis was conflicts and deferences that can't be resolved. I don't know w...

Extension following relationship breakdown with Irish national

Did you live with your wife in another EU country before? If not, why did you apply for EU 3? Sorry I hijack the thread. I applied for a permission to remain in the state independently on my own right and waiting for the result for almost a year at this point, during the waiting I was granted a tem...

Re: EU3 still pending decision after 1 year, did anybody get approval?

I am not the OP that sent the applicant on 13th. I sent it in the beginning of Aug, made it a month at this point without a response. I'm thinking about sending an email tomorrow. Wonder if everyone is experiencing the same thing, which is being delayed or longer than expected. Apologies I obviousl...

Re: EU3 still pending decision after 1 year, did anybody get approval?

It's been almost a month for me, I really want to send them an email but don't know whether I should do it or not, I don't wanna sound like I'm pushing them or anything. Plus, I don't know if it's the same thing for everyone. You said you only sent it on 13 August - that's less than 2 weeks. You ca...

Re: Still waiting for ISIN regarding separation notif (Irish spouse). Visa situation.

I understand they granted everyone a new extension to 20th of April. You need to get in touch with the GNIB and ask about further development of your case and wait for their decision. Tell them about your employment as well. There is a chance that you will get a temporary extension. Do you by any c...

How long do I have to wait for the SINU before getting a response?

Hi guys,

I've posted in the forum before regarding my separation to Irish spouse. I notified them about our current situation and asking for a visa retention.

It's been a few months and I still haven't heard from the SINU. My GNIB card is expiring soon. Any ideas on the waiting time?

Thank guys.
