Just an update. I received my certificate of naturalisation today. Applied in June 2019 and approved in Oct 2020. Sent docs in in early March 2021. Cert was printed in late April 2021. How long ago did you email them? Did anyone else make a mistake on the digital photo? In the digital version of my approval letter it clearly stated that I can submit the photo in JPEG and PNG. So I went ahead and paid and uploaded the photo in PNG (also I'm smiling in the photo). The paper version...

You need to declare this, this will be kept on record as far as I know.

I don't think this will negatively affect your citizenship as is a minor offense.
