Hi can someone tell me if I will need to sign for my documents ? I received my FBR certificate several weeks ago in Denver, Colorado. The FBR was delivered by USPS tracked mail. Kietan, You would be able to file for the Irish FBR based on your grandmothers birth in Ireland. You just need to follow the instructions. I completed the online application and paid in early January 2021. I sent all my documentation to FBR in late January 2021 using the USPS tracked delivery.
