ILR card was missing from the checklist how can they missed that important documents from the checking list
At that time i got 2 months
If they mentioned before that my ILR card is missing from the documents i would have withdrawn my application and got time for applying ILR
I am so worried now

When we attended the Biometrics appointment and paid extra services to check the documents. The advisor confirmed all our documents were correct and didn’t mention anything about the ILR. We have email evidence which says that no further information is required.

So as this now comes under overstayer.. Does this mean I need to apply for BRP and wait for that to arrive and then apply for ILR?

I applied on 31st dec 2020 and done biometrics on 3/02/2021
Still received nothing even my Brp expiring on 31st march
I am so worried dont know what to do
