Most of their paper work went with her Ex and she can't get it back. I have the original passport with the original spouse visa clearance page. She came to the UK in Oct 10 and that visa was valid till Jan 13. Then the only thing I have after that is the current residence permit as mentioned in the ...

Pakistani passport, living in denmark.. how to visit the UK?

If someone is currently living in Denmark but have a Pakistani passport, They are in Denmark via Marriage and seems to have ILR in Denmark but never applied for a Danish passport. How do they visit the UK. Do the apply for a visitor visa?

Apply for a standard visitor visa. https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor She will have to prove she has strong ties to her home country, ie social, family, financial, property etc. How long does she plan on visiting and has she visited the uk before? you please be more specific in regards to what to ...

Back you please be more specific in regards to what to show to prove she has strong ties to her home country, ie social, family, financial, property etc.

ILR what's required

Hello, could someone advise what paperwork/proof is required when applying for ILR. Is it the same as the previous 2 extensions. Payslips, and all that stuff? A list would be helpful.

Excellent, thanks for the fast response, also what's the earliest point we can apply for ILR? 28 days before her current visa expires or 28 before she's been in the UK for 5 years or 28 days before her original first visa issue date? (Day and month) Thanks.
