Q4: if child visa expire just 6 months before reaching 10 years , is it wise to file MN1 or go for extension first as i believe MN1 is not immigration application.

well i disagree with you as i have seen mine SAR when i was applying for ILR . back new days my lawyer sent extra documents which was received and considered and had note on timeline.

just another question just book for bio, in document they are asking for child identity whereas we dont have any travel documents for child.

what would be the child identity at biometric is that birth certificate or child identity not required as responsible adult identity is enough?
