Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

@finalveesion_2k my review process took one year, you can chose to ignore them and submit your application for citizenship and see how it goes , i would prefer you follow it to a conclusion with a proof to say your revocation has beed set aside just like mine. Maybe you could write to eutr by yourse...

Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

@ finalversion_2k , in my case it was the department that sent a letter that the revokation was step aside through review. I was no longer with eutr anymore as i have stamp4 from my irish born child. I was challenging the decision as it was going to affect my citizenship application. By current law ...

Urgent help required

I received this today in response the review of the minister to revoke my EU Treaty Rights from 2016 to 2021, if there's anyone out there with good legal understanding that can explain to me if its positive and if there any restrictions. Whilst the Minister affirms the finding of 15/12/2022 in relat...

Re: French Visa appointment - Dublin

You can apply for Schengen visa through other EU countries, you just have to modify your journey in a way that makes it looks like your are travelling through multiple countries. I was able to secure a Schengen visa through Finland for my December travels to Spain and Norway.

Re: STAMP 4EUFAM expiring, partner left country

Hi, I don't think it's something you should worry too much about, you've already notified them of the changes in your relationship, you should apply to retain your rights first before applying for EUTR5. If none of these works you will still qualify under the chenchoolia rule anyway, which still giv...

Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

If there is a judgement of the court, that will be the current position of law. My son Irish citizenship is tied to my reckonable residence, the UM and AKS judgement were very clear in cased where revocation could have a retrospective effect on others who have benefited from the reckonable residence...

Re: Revoked Stamp4eufam and A.K.S. & Ors v Minister for Justice & Ors

I got stamp4eufam in 2016, by 2021 I informed the department of breakdown in my relationship. I have a son from another woman whom I then applied for his Irish passport based on my residency in Ireland, his passport was issued in March 2022, I then switched from eufam to parents of Irish Citizen. Bu...

Urgent response please

Hi , does anyone knows the effect of the cases of UM and AKS vs minister of justice on citizenship application. This is to do with revocation of residency. It will be nice to hear from anyone with good knowledge of those cases and how it affects citizenship application.

Re: Stamp 3 to Stamp 4 - Parent of an Irish Child

I changed mine recently from stamp 4 WAB to parents of an Irish child, I paid the 300 euro fee. You just need a GP or Hospital appointment letter with your address and the child's name on it. I didn't do it online as I live outside of Dublin.

How long does it take Gnib to arrive?

Hi everyone, I have been waiting for the third week now since I registered for gnib via local garda office, it used to be around 10 working days before now. Anyone with any recent experience please share. How long you waited and is this the new way it works now?

Re: Useful information required

Thanks for your response, the fact there's no stamp 4 mentioned there is what worries me there. I'm going to give it a try and see how it goes, I have an appointment with the local immigration officer soon.

Re: Card replacement programme: Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

Hi guys, just want to inform you that I did receive my replacement card and it is written Article 50 TUE on it. At the bottom it states beneficiary of the withdrawal agreement and it's same expiry date as the old one, just for your curiosity.
