I just received my FOI file copy, and they did garda vetting manually in February and it came up with no conviction stamp on it, in march. So, i don't know how long further needs to wait.

Am just wondering that me and my wife applied for citizenship same time. We always received every single letter together. But she received her approval on 4th may letter dated 29 april. And am still waiting for it. What could be the possibility delay in my case?

I am not sure but the best thing is to check with your solicitor/attorney/lawyer/commissioner of oath where you getting declaration signed,they will be able to tell you what kind of photo ID will be acceptable. Usually the passport is the only one but try to take Driving licence, IRP card, PPS card ...

When did you apply?

I applied in August 2018 and got second stage letter in july 2019. Still waiting for approval.
