Hello, My daughter was born in April, I have EUSS pre-settled status. I wanted to submit the application for her but she needs an ID. Basically, they were able to obtain the EUSS by explicating that they tried to get married but due to Covid they were unable to do this. So, if you create a really good case you DO have options. 2. He leaves the country and applies to the family permit, and then he applies to the EUSS, or we get married and apply to the spouse visa. This will not work since you are not married and hence your relationship has not started. Time spent as cohabiting unmarried partners does not count if he has ...
